It can convert the gas, liquid and other physical pressure parameters felt by the load cell sensor into standard electrical signals (such as 4-20mADC, etc.) to provide secondary instruments such as indicator alarms, recorders, regulators, etc. for measurement and indication And process regulation.

Pressure transmitter is a kind of instrument that accepts pressure variable, after sensing conversion, the pressure change is converted into a standard output signal according to a certain ratio. The output signal of the transmitter is transmitted to the central control room for pressure indication, recording or control.

Classification
Pressure transmitters can be divided into general pressure transmitters (0.001MPa~35MPa) and micro differential pressure transmitters (0~1.5kPa) according to the measuring range, and negative pressure transmitters; if they are classified from the perspective of accuracy, because The accuracy of my country's national standard is 0.5%. So in recent years, it can be divided into high-precision pressure transmitters (0.1% or 0.2% or 0.075%) and general pressure transmitters (0.5%).
Pressure transmitters can be divided into capacitive pressure transmitters, diffused silicon pressure transmitters, and monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitters according to sensor types.

Effect
The pressure transmitter transmits the pressure signal to the electronic device, and then displays the pressure on the computer.
The principle is roughly:
Turn the mechanical signal of water pressure into an electrical signal like electric current (4-20mA)
Pressure has a linear relationship with voltage or current, generally proportional
Therefore, the voltage or current output by the transmitter increases as the pressure increases.
From this, a relationship between pressure and voltage or current is obtained
The two pressures of the measured medium of the pressure transmitter are passed into the high and low pressure chambers. The pressure of the low pressure chamber adopts atmospheric pressure or vacuum and acts on the isolation diaphragms on both sides of the δ element (ie the sensitive element). The filling liquid in the spacer and the element is transferred to both sides of the measuring diaphragm. The pressure transmitter is composed of a measuring diaphragm and the electrodes on both sides of the insulating sheet to form a capacitor. When the pressures on both sides are inconsistent, the measurement diaphragm will be displaced. The displacement is proportional to the pressure difference. Therefore, the capacitances on both sides are not equal. Through the oscillation and demodulation link, it is converted into a signal proportional to the pressure.
